Do Me a Solid: seeking suggestions

I have been considering reconstructing my blog on a considerable scale for the past several months. As one of my friends put it, my blog is aesthetically “sedate,” and I am not a sedate person. Years ago, I had a blog titled Polythene Pam: ravings of a mad woman, named so after my alter persona. Pam was an unapologetic riot, but I do not wish to resurrect her, as I am forging ahead toward greater unknowns.

Part of the reconstruction is to adopt a theme suitable to my personality; another part is to assume a new title that reflects who I am as a writer. Ideally, my blog should be two in one–representations of my darkness and light.

With all of that said, I invite you all to drop any title suggestions in the comment box, please and thank you.

Peace,

Kindra

          1. Yes, I’d read it, but I’d likely be thinking ‘shit, is this gonna be painful?’ Lol. I know you though, so I’d know it wouldn’t be. Ps. I still can’t think of anything. I’m the least creative creative I know. Seriously! X

          2. Kindra M. Austin is sounding more and more appealing to me now, like you’re already famous or somethin’. Like, yeah, have you read the latest book/blog/poem by Kindra M. Austin yet?

            You should! Go read it/them.

  1. I had a hard time coming up with a blog title myself. I have trouble titling poems, let alone a blog full of them. In the end I chose a line from one of my poems that I thought was descriptive, interesting and representative (in theory, I may have made a horrible choice!). You might look to your own writing for a blog title.

  2. I faced a similar problem when I restarted this blog after self-hosting for a few months. I wanted something that would evoke my style of writing. It’s about evoking emotions, yet at the same time, letting readers fill in their own interpretations and memories as they connect. Thus, Heartstring Eulogies was born. If you’re looking for something light/dark, consider the things you write. What can encompass this?
